About approvals. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the GST department decide on registrations. We provide a real workstation and the address documents, but we can't guarantee that an application will be approved.
Questions about registration
Can I use the workstation, or is it only an address?
You can use it. It's an open workstation at the location you choose, during that location's opening hours.
Can I register both my company and GST at this address?
Yes. The same documents can be used as proof of your registered office for incorporation and of your principal place of business for GST.
Do you still offer virtual offices?
Not to new clients. Existing virtual office clients continue as before. For new businesses, the registration workstation replaces it.
Is the price the same at every location?
Yes. ₹4,000 a month plus 18% GST, with an ₹18,000 deposit, at HQ, White Town and Boulevard.
Will you file the registration for me?
No. You or your chartered accountant file the application. We provide the workstation and the address documents.
