Prices and plans
Is GST included in your prices?
No. All our prices exclude 18% GST, which is added to your invoice.
What does the monthly price include?
A furnished workspace, business broadband internet with a failover connection, power backup, air-conditioning, housekeeping, access control, CCTV, security staff, a dining area and drinking water.
How much is the deposit, and what is the notice period?
Open workstation: 1 month. Private cabin: 2 months. Custom space: 3 months. The notice period is the same length as the deposit. The registration workstation has a deposit of ₹18,000.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Not for open workstations and private cabins. Custom spaces have a one-year term.
Does a fixed desk cost more than any free desk?
No. An open workstation costs from ₹4,000 a month whether you keep the same desk every day or take any free seat.
Can I use other Pulsebay locations on my plan?
No. Each plan is for one location. If you need space at a second location, sales can set up a separate plan.
Using the space
What are your opening hours?
HQ: open desks 9 am to 10 pm; cabins and custom spaces 24×7. ECR: 24×7. White Town: 9 am to 9 pm. Boulevard and Mudaliarpet: 9 am to 10 pm.
Is there parking?
HQ and Mudaliarpet have dedicated parking for cars and two-wheelers. Boulevard has basement parking for two-wheelers and no car parking. ECR has basement parking for two-wheelers; cars park on the street. White Town has street parking only.

Can visitors and interview candidates come in?
Yes. Every location has a reception area where you can receive visitors.
Meeting rooms and day passes
How are meeting rooms charged?
By the number of people attending, not the size of the room. Up to 4 people: ₹150 an hour or ₹1,000 a day. 5 to 8 people: ₹300 an hour or ₹2,500 a day. 9 to 20 people: ₹500 an hour or ₹5,000 a day. Prices exclude GST.
Where are your meeting rooms?
HQ has rooms for 8 and 15 people. White Town and ECR have rooms for 20. Boulevard has a room for 12. Mudaliarpet has no meeting room.
Can I book a desk for a day or a few hours?
Yes, at HQ, White Town and Boulevard. An open workstation is ₹100 an hour or ₹500 a day.

Teams and custom space
How large a team can you seat?
Custom spaces start at 5 seats. HQ has 500 seats and ECR has 300, so we can seat teams of 100 and more.
Can we have our own branding?
Yes. Custom spaces can carry your branding on the walls.
Is there 24×7 access?
Yes, for cabins and custom spaces at HQ, and for all of ECR.
We're based in another city. Can we sort this out remotely?
Yes. Tell us your headcount and start date and we'll send photos, a layout and a proposal.
Company and GST registration
Can I register my company or GST at Pulsebay?
Yes, with a registration workstation: ₹4,000 a month plus GST, with an ₹18,000 deposit. It gives you a working seat and the address documents. How registration works.
Do you offer virtual offices?
Not to new clients. Existing virtual office clients continue as before.
Can you guarantee GST approval?
No. The GST department decides on applications. We provide a real workstation and the address documents.
