The way we work changed. The way we build workplaces had to change too.

The early 2020s changed our relationship with work. The pandemic showed that productive teams could operate beyond the boundaries of a traditional office.

Businesses began rethinking long-term leases, expensive office setups and large infrastructure commitments. Professionals began expecting more flexibility, choice and balance.

The workplace was no longer just about desks and buildings. It was about creating the right infrastructure for a changing way of working.
