This policy explains what information Pulsebay Private Limited ("Pulsebay", "we") collects through pulsebay.in, why, and what we do with it. It covers this website only. Information about members is covered by your agreement with us.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect what you type into the form: your name, company, phone number, email address, what you need, team size, preferred location, where your company is based, and your message. We also record the page you sent it from.
When you browse the site, our hosting provider and, where enabled, our analytics and advertising tools collect technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, the pages you visit and how you arrived at the site.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, send you a proposal and arrange a visit
- To send you a confirmation that we received your enquiry
- To understand which pages and advertisements bring enquiries, so we can improve the site
- To protect the site and the form from spam and abuse
We don't sell your information.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website and runs Turnstile, which checks that enquiries come from people and not bots.
- Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) delivers enquiry emails to our sales team and confirmation emails to you.
- Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel), when enabled, measure visits and the performance of our advertising. They use cookies and similar technologies.
- Google Workspace holds our email, where your enquiry is received.
These providers may process information outside India.
Cookies
The site itself doesn't need cookies to work. Analytics and advertising tools, when enabled, set cookies to count visits and measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to follow up with you and for our business records, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to our using it, by emailing hello@pulsebay.in. We'll reply within a reasonable time, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
